I was always an active person growing up, getting involved in sporting activities, outdoor games and other stuff that got me up and moving.
After school, I just kinda threw that all away and let myself go. But that's in the past now :). If you're like me and just can't stick to one workout, you might wanna try these.
I stumbled across these workouts after countless searches of exercise I can do at home. I started with the hips, buns and thighs workout last month and after completing that workout, I just wanted to do more. This month is all about cardio and abs. Try it out. You might just like it. I do!
